Payment Terms & Conditions
These Payment Terms & Conditions apply to all courses, programs, workshops, and training services (“Training”) delivered by the Provider. By completing a purchase—whether via one‑time payment or payment plan—the Participant agrees to the terms outlined below.
1. Payment Options
1.1 One‑Time Payment
Participants may pay the full course fee upfront at the time of enrolment.
1.2 Payment Plans
Where offered, Participants may pay via instalments (“Payment Plan”).
By selecting a Payment Plan, the Participant agrees to pay all instalments on or before their due dates and acknowledges that the full course fee remains payable once attendance has occurred.
2. 30‑Day Money‑Back Guarantee (Before Attendance)
Participants may cancel their enrolment within 30 days of purchase, provided they have not attended any portion of the Training.
If eligible, the Participant will receive a full refund of any payments made.
3. No Refund After 30 Days or After Attendance
3.1 After 30 Days (No Attendance)
If 30 days have passed since enrolment and the Participant has not attended the Training, the course fee becomes non‑refundable.
3.2 After Attendance
Once the Participant has attended any portion of the Training, no refund is available under any circumstances.
Attendance includes:
-
attending live sessions (in‑person or online)
-
accessing course materials or recordings
-
participating in course activities
After attendance:
-
Participants who paid in full are not eligible for a refund
-
Participants on a Payment Plan must complete all remaining instalments
These terms are consistent with Australian Consumer Law.
4. Non‑Attendance and Rescheduling
If a Participant cannot attend the scheduled Training, they may request to reschedule to a future date.
Rescheduling is offered on a best‑effort basis and is not guaranteed.
If the Participant does not attend and does not request a reschedule before the event date:
-
the enrolment remains active
-
no refund or cancellation is permitted
-
all outstanding instalments remain payable
Non‑attendance does not release the Participant from payment obligations.
5. Payment Plan Obligations
Participants using a Payment Plan agree to:
-
pay each instalment on or before the due date
-
ensure sufficient funds are available
-
complete all instalments once attendance has occurred
Failure to make payments may result in:
-
suspension of access to course materials
-
removal from the Training
-
recovery of outstanding amounts
6. Compliance With Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these Terms limits the Participant’s rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds will be provided where required by law in the event of a major failure or where services are not delivered with due care and skill.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in any Training, the Participant confirms that they:
-
have read and understood these Payment Terms & Conditions
-
agree to the payment and refund terms
-
understand that refunds are not available after 30 days or after attendance
